• Evergreen Community SPACES is fully accessible on our main level, including accessible washroom.

The SPACES is also home to the Canopy Gallery - featuring work from professional and emerging artists. All work on display is for sale and all proceeds go to artists. Check out the Canopy on the second floor of the Spaces!

PARKING:

We have a variety of parking options for over 100 cars. A portion of the parking is located in our above-ground parking lot. In addition, we have a heated, 30-car underground garage. Access to this garage requires a parking code for security.  There is free street parking on 8th Ave and across the street from the Spaces. Check our parking map for more details. Please ensure you do not park in any designated or restricted parking area.

 

There is a 300 car pay lot located on the west side of Willowglen Business Park accessible from 8th Ave.

Evening/weekend pay rates are $1.50/car after 6pm.

 

Our parking garage can also be rented out for special events such as parties or band rehearsals. It’s a unique space for unique events. Contact our office for more details.

DIRECTIONS:

We are located at #2, 1709 8 Ave NE in the Mayland Heights community (not the community of Evergreen) 

From Deerfoot Trail, go EAST on 16th Ave N (Hwy 1)

Turn SOUTH on 19th St NE (at lights)

Turn WEST on 8th Ave NE (at lights)

We are halfway down the hill on the south side of the road.

Look for the brick building!

 

The SPACES are also easily accessible from St Georges Drive (Zoo Road) to the 8th Ave flyover heading east bound.

TRANSIT ACCESS:

The #19 bus route has stops both East and West bound right outside our parking lot.

The #27 bus runs on certian days from the Barolw LRT station. From the Park at Willowglen we are just moments away.
